Return & Refund Policy

At SELVISH CART, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns if:

The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The request is made within 3 days of delivery.

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
⚠️ Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original tags/packaging will not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Intimate items (e.g., undergarments, cosmetics, hygiene products).

Sale or clearance items.

Customized or special order products.
3. Refund Process

Refunds are provided only after inspection of the returned product.

Refunds will be processed in the form of:

Store Credit / Voucher (preferred)

Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash (if applicable)

Please allow 7–10 business days for processing after we receive the return.
4. Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange instead of a refund (subject to stock availability).

Exchange shipping charges may apply.
5. Return Shipping Costs

If the mistake is on our side (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the return shipping.

If the customer changes their mind or orders the wrong size/item, the customer must bear the return shipping charges.
6. Cash on Delivery Orders

For COD orders, refunds will not be given in cash.

Refunds will be issued via store credit, bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
