Return & Refund Policy

At SELVISH CART, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The request is made within 3 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

⚠️ Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original tags/packaging will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Intimate items (e.g., undergarments, cosmetics, hygiene products).

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Customized or special order products.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are provided only after inspection of the returned product.

  • Refunds will be processed in the form of:

    • Store Credit / Voucher (preferred)

    • Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash (if applicable)

Please allow 7–10 business days for processing after we receive the return.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Customers may request an exchange instead of a refund (subject to stock availability).

  • Exchange shipping charges may apply.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the mistake is on our side (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the return shipping.

  • If the customer changes their mind or orders the wrong size/item, the customer must bear the return shipping charges.

6. Cash on Delivery Orders

  • For COD orders, refunds will not be given in cash.

  • Refunds will be issued via store credit, bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
